2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Payments

Payments must be made using the payment methods approved by RoadRave Tours & Travel. Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and may change before booking confirmation due to supplier price adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or government charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, transport providers, and other suppliers. Some bookings are non-refundable or may attract cancellation charges.

Any processing or service fees paid to RoadRave Tours & Travel may be non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after receiving funds from the relevant supplier.

5. Changes to Bookings

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers or RoadRave Tours & Travel.

6. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, travel insurance, and any other documents required by the destination country.

RoadRave Tours & Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or travel disruptions resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

7. Visa Assistance

Where visa assistance is offered, RoadRave Tours & Travel provides guidance and application support only. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

– Provide accurate information.
– Follow local laws and regulations.
– Respect tour guides, drivers, staff, and fellow travelers.
– Behave responsibly throughout the journey.
– Be punctual for all scheduled activities.

RoadRave Tours & Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct endangers others or disrupts the tour without refund.

9. Health and Safety

Travelers should ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or disabilities requiring special arrangements should be disclosed before booking.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, personal liability, and other unforeseen events.

11. Supplier Responsibility

Hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers operate under their own terms and conditions. RoadRave Tours & Travel acts as an intermediary and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures.

12. Force Majeure

RoadRave Tours & Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, adverse weather, or security incidents.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoadRave Tours & Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, personal injury, loss of property, missed connections, or additional expenses arising from events beyond our control.

14. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and branding, is the property of RoadRave Tours & Travel unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
